Meghan was born and raised in central Pennsylvania where she spent most of her time in the ballet studio. She attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY achieving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree along with commissioning as an officer in the US Army. Meghan served in the Army as a physical therapist for over eight years in Infantry units and military hospitals. During her time on Active Duty, she gained an appreciation for job specific performance training and working with tactical athletes. Meghan continues to enjoy working with tactical athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone that enjoys being active. She is certified in Dry Needling through MyoPain Seminars and served as a subject matter expert for the Army, teaching Dry Needling to DoD healthcare providers for the past 5 years.
Meghan continues to serve as a Major in the US Army Reserves. When not working, she enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time with her husband and three boys.
