“I absolutely was very happy with the staff and Matthew Jones. They are all so courteous and very professional. Dr. Jones did outstanding with the carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. He is an excellent doctor and will definitely request him for any further surgeries I may need in the future. “

“Dr. Matt Jones is one of the most competent, caring physicians that I have worked with and I was an RN for 30 years. Dr. Jones knows what he’s doing. He’s good at it. I got my appointment quickly. He was personable. He explained everything. He made sure I had no questions and did the surgery quickly, efficiently, made sure I had plenty of pain control and has checked up on me twice since the surgery, which was yesterday. A fantastic doctor. Would recommend him to anyone.”

“Dr. Jones was very thorough. He checked x-rays, he checked just range of motion, everything, asked about my pain. He kept up, he actually read my chart before he came in and worked with me. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very thorough, he cared about the follow-up and the healing and care afterwards.”

“This was the first time Dr. Jones saw and treated me. He deals with hands, and he was very kind, patient with me and administered my injection in my wrist gently. He continued to comfort me with calm and gentle words throughout the injection process also. So thankful for OrthoVirginia!”
