On Tuesday, December 24 OrthoVirginia locations will close at 1 p.m. in observance of the holiday. Some Ortho On Call locations will be open for walk-in urgent orthopedic care 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on December 24. All OrthoVirginia and Ortho On Call locations are closed on Wednesday, December 25.

Hanne grew up in central Connecticut and moved to the northern Virginia area following graduate school to be closer to her family. She attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT where she played four years of collegiate soccer and completed the accelerated Doctorate in Physical Therapy Program. Hanne has been with OrthoVirginia since 2013 and has been the clinic manager since 2015.

Hanne grew up in central Connecticut and moved to the northern Virginia area following graduate school to be closer to her family. She became interested in becoming a Physical Therapist at the young age of 12 when she had her first of many injuries requiring physical therapy. Growing up in an athletic family, Hanne found her niche in soccer and track and field. She went on to attend Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT where she played four years of collegiate soccer and completed the accelerated Doctorate in Physical Therapy Program.

Hanne has been with OrthoVirginia since 2013 and has been the clinic manager since 2015. She thoroughly enjoys treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and activity levels. Hanne enjoys spending quality time getting to know her patients throughout their rehabilitation to better meet her patient’s health and wellness goals. She values the importance of formulating unique, patient-centered treatment plans for each of her clients, integrating manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise to improve patient function and quality of life.

Hanne currently resides in northern Virginia with her husband. She continues to enjoy running, soccer, golfing, hiking, skiing and Orange Theory fitness classes. She is an avid sports lover and is especially devoted to the New England Patriots.
