As a former college wrestler and exercise physiologist, he knows that spine health is essential to preserving quality of life, and he enjoys helping people in both the operating room and the clinic. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring Virginia with his wife Micah, weight lifting, reading, hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
