Dr. Nedeff is a knee and shoulder specialist who has been practicing in Richmond for almost 25 years. He trained under some of the most renowned orthopedic surgeons in the country. He has served as team physician for University of Richmond, Longwood University and the Richmond Kickers professional soccer team.
His knee practice spans the spectrum, from ACL and cartilage/meniscal injury to the muscle and tendon-sparing total knee replacement procedure known as the SubV Knee (subvastus technique). He also has expertise and performs many minimally invasive partial knee replacements. His shoulder practice emphasizes minimally invasive techniques to treat rotator cuff tears, impingement, labral tears and shoulder instability. Almost all of his surgeries are performed in an outpatient setting.
Dr. Nedeff grew up playing many sports and continues to play tennis, pickleball and golf. He understands the desire for patients to get back to their sport/lifestyle and uses his experience and skill set to help them achieve these goals.
