NRC Patient Surveys and Reviews

We want to know about your OrthoVirginia experience so we can sustain the highest standards of quality. We’re excited to share that as of March 1, 2023, we have transitioned to a new vendor, NRC, to collect our post-appointment Patient Experience Surveys and request patient reviews.

Sometimes patients have questions after receiving care, and that’s why we contact you after you leave. We want to make sure your experience with us met your expectations.

About the Call or Email

Within 3 days after your appointment, you will receive a text message, email or a telephone call that we ask you to answer.

The call is only about 2 minutes and is an outreach to ensure you are satisfied with the care you received while in our office.

The survey will take, on average, less than 2 minutes to complete. You can take it on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Q & A

NRC contacts all patients by text message when a mobile number is listed in MyChart. If no mobile number is listed, the patient will be contacted by email or phone call based on the contact information we have on file.

NRC will either call, email or text the patient a link or interactive phone survey. Below are examples of the communications.
