OrthoVirginia is pleased to announce Kevin A. Pinkos, D.O. and Victor Tseng, D.O., have joined OrthoVirginia in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dr. Pinkos, a hip and knee replacement specialist board-certified in orthopedic surgery, attended Lehigh University for his undergraduate education and received his medical education from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery internship at the National Naval Medical Center, his orthopedic surgery residency at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at New England Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Tseng specializes in physiatry and interventional pain management and is board-certified in both. He attended the University of Maryland for his undergraduate degree and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for his medical education. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Georgetown University Hospital/National Rehabilitation Hospital and a pain medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital.

They are expanding our ability to care for patients in the Hampton Roads metro area,” he added.
Dr. Pinkos joined the practice December 1, 2021. Dr. Tseng joined the practice January 3, 2022. Both are accepting new patients at the Virginia Beach office.
