Ortho On Call Opens Stand-Alone Office in Hanover

MECHANICSVILLE, Va., Mar. 9, 2020 – OrthoVirginia is pleased to announce the opening of a stand-alone Ortho On Call location on Atlee Road in Mechanicsville, Virginia to provide walk-in orthopedic care for urgent needs.

This location is the third stand-alone Ortho On Call clinic in the Richmond area, and joins existing Ortho On Call clinics at Westbury and Westchester.

“We’re excited to be able to offer a stand-alone Ortho On Call for the community in Mechanicsville,” said Lynne Robinson, Chief Administrative Officer, OrthoVirginia Central. “With more people moving into the area, our existing space didn’t offer enough service.”

Dr. Edward Allen Neilsen, Medical Director for Ortho On Call, agrees. “The larger space and extended hours will allow us to provide care for more people in Hanover who have orthopedic injuries that need attention quickly.”

The new Ortho On Call clinic is located at 9369 Atlee Road, Unit 3107, in Mechanicsville. It’s open Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
