Originally from India, Nish completed his bachelor’s in physical therapy there and has worked with renowned sports physical therapists and government hospitals across numerous inpatient and outpatient set-ups. He is an avid sports lover and captained his college team in cricket and volleyball. In 2015, Nish received his Masters of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy degree at the University of Indianapolis. He went on to pursue his clinical doctorate and manual therapy certification. Being board certified in orthopedics, he loves to incorporate recent advances and evidence-based practice into his clinical decision-making. Nish also brings along his expertise in orthopedic and sports injuries along with a keen interest in manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction techniques, and vestibular rehabilitation. Prior to joining OrthoVirginia, Nish worked at a couple of skilled nursing facilities in Houston, TX, and has vast experience in managing adult neurological patient population and geriatric patients with balance problems.
When not treating patients, Nish loves to travel, hike, and cook. He also has a goal to visit all the national parks in the USA.
