She has certifications in Functional Range Conditioning with Functional Anatomy Seminars, Human Foundations with Functional Patterns, and Functional Gait Specialist Certification with Gait Happens. In her free time, Beth enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
